The 3HUB Team recommend the use of an electronic signing system to help streamline the process of getting documents signed.
The internal team at 3HUB are using a system called Signable to help manage our process of gaining signatures on key documentation which helps us to work more efficiently. This system allows us to gain signatures quicker and with less admin time spent chasing up the relevant parties.

What is Signable?
Signable allows you to electronically sign documents online. You can keep track of when your documents have been received, opened and signed and can set up auto reminders to chase it up. Signable refer to each document that is sent for signing as an “envelope” and this can include multiple people that need to sign a document/s (for example, the referrer and the client can be sent the same email containing one or multiple documents for them both to sign and this would be classed as one envelope).
What can I use it for?
Signable can help you wherever you need to gain a signature from someone. For case managers it can help you gain signed T&C’s, client consent forms, recruitment campaigns, and in engaging third parties, for example, without having to send a physical copy in the post. It is roughly the cost of a first class stamp and helps save time chasing paperwork. This system also easily allows you to recoup the cost from the client with use of a filenote (see below).
Pricing Options
There are different packages available which can be viewed on the Signable website. For case managers we feel that the Pay As You Go (PAYG) option may be the most suitable but there is also a Small Business plan which may be cost effective if you send 16+ envelopes a month.

Recouping the Fee
There is a cost associated with sending an envelope (multiple documents can be sent with one envelope). See here for the fees. We recommend you allow for this in your charges to clients and recoup the fee via an expense on a filenote.
Please be aware if you are using 3HUB’s HR, Compliance, and Care Manager services, the 3HUB team will add the charge to the filenote when an envelope is sent via this method on your behalf so that 3HUB can recoup the cost of using this service. 3HUB pass this charge through to the client at cost.
